They have been working in Beekeeping since they were young as a family business due to their economical situation. Most of these workers are Bee lovers and enjoy the opportunity to learn different ways of keeping Bees.

They like the idea of working for certain period of times so they can go back home and look after their own bees and families while in their countries.

These workers have grown up on a Ranch and are used to all ranch duties. This is very advantageous to Ranchers who have problems finding employees who enjoy the ranch life and are used to that kind of work.

These workers are responsible, hardworking and with a big desire to earn some money to help them raise their families in their native country.

Dairy Farmers are those who have worked in different Dairy Farms in their native countries and know all about the Dairy Farm business or at least the basic on how they are used to do things in their countries.

They are very responsible and take their work very seriously.

Fish Hatcheries have really grown in Central America over the last decade especially with the opportunity of exporting shrimp and Tilapia to North America and Europe. Thus we have many competent workers accustomed to this type of work. We also provide Fishermen from the coastal areas of Central America.

As most of them have lived there since they were born they have learned to do the only thing possible to feed their families, namely fishing. Many speak English as this is the language spoken on the coast.
