They have been working in Beekeeping since they were too young as a family business due to their economical situation. Most of these workers are Bees lovers and enjoy the opportunity to learn different ways of keeping Bees. They like the idea of working for certain period of times so they can go back home and look after their own bees and families while in their countries.

These workers have grown up in a Ranch and are used to all ranch duties which become a very good advantage for those Ranches who have problems finding employees who enjoy the ranch live and are used to that kind of work. These workers are responsible, hardworking and with a big desire to earn some money to help them raise their families in their native country.

Dairy Farmers are those who have worked in different Dairy Farms in their native countries and know all about the Dairy Farm business or at least the basic on how they are used to do things in their countries. They are very responsible and take their work very seriously.

Fishermen come from all the coast area of Central America. As they have lived there since they were born they learned the only work that helps them support their families so this is their primary occupation in their towns. Most of them speak English as this is the language spoken in the coast.
