Agriworkers.com supplies the pertinent worker data to the client in order for the client to make an application with the registered authorities in their respective country. The client is responsible for the entire application process in his country with the desired result being the issue of a work visa.

The corresponding fee is a non-refundable deposit of is $975.00 per worker which is used to guarantee placement and a final fee of $975.00 prior to the departure of the worker to the job site.

The client will be required to pay the worker directly his monthly wage utilizing the government sanctioned wage rate for the specific type of worker in that specific geographic region. If you are in the USA please ask us for wage rate info once you initiate the communication process. Client is responsible for Housing, Transportation and Workers Compensation coverage.

The client requests Agriworkers.com locates, interviews, vets and approves the worker(s) from within our geographical range, which is to state Central and/or South America at the present time. Agriworkers.com will be responsible to supply required data of each worker to the appropriate government agencies in order to finally receive an interview at the corresponding US Consulate. Agriworkers.com guarantees that an applicant will be successful procuring the work visa.

Corresponding Fees are a non-refundable deposit of $450.00 per worker which is used during the application process, a $600.00 arrival fee per worker due once the worker arrives at airport of choice. Monthly fees are $1910.00 per worker due in the first three days of the month. Air fares are due and payable 90 days prior to date of arrival. Advertising fees in excess of $100.00 and Application fees in excess of $150.00 are the responsibility of the client.

Agriworkers.com will be responsible for the solicitation and emission of a work visa. Agriworkers.com guarantees that an applicant will be successful procuring a work visa.

Corresponding Fees are a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 per worker which is used during the application process and a final placement fee of $1950.00 per worker. All advertising fees and courier costs will be invoiced to client upon successful placement of required advertising.

The client will be required to pay the worker directly his monthly wage utilizing the commonly accepted government sanctioned wage rate (AEWR) for that specific type of worker in that specific geographic region. Client is also responsible for Housing, Transportation and Workers Compensation coverage.

USA Clients Only - Visa Solicitation Services.

The USA based client supplies Agriworkers.com with the name and pertinent data of a pre-identified worker. Agriworkers.com will be responsible to supply required data of each worker to the appropriate USA government agency in order for the worker to receive an interview at the corresponding USA Consulate. Agriworkers.com guarantees that your applicant will receive an interview to solicit a work visa. However, we must stress that we do not guarantees that your applicant will receive a visa.
